Built on the Road
Hidden Nomad Music Co. is run by a working, gigging musician who plays solo and band shows. Every template here started as something I actually needed: chasing bookers, sending stage plots to sound engineers, making flyers the night before, and keeping receipts and mileage together at tax time.
No fluff, just the stuff that makes booking and playing shows easier. Hear the music on X.
FAQ
Is anything shipped to me?
No. Everything is an instant digital download. You get the files right after purchase from Etsy or Payhip.
What software do I need?
The trackers work in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets (free). Documents open in Word or Google Docs. Flyers and stage plots are PowerPoint files that you can also open in Google Slides or Keynote, or import into Canva. Printable PDFs are included where it makes sense.
What fonts do the flyers use?
Free Google Fonts: Anton, Special Elite and Permanent Marker. They're built into Canva. For PowerPoint, install them free from fonts.google.com first.
Can I get a refund?
Because these are digital files you can download right away, sales are generally final. If a file is broken or won't open, message me and I'll fix it or make it right.
Was AI used to make these?
Yes, partly. AI tools helped draft text and lay out the templates. Every file was then edited, tested and finished by me, the shop owner, based on real gigging experience.
Can I share or resell the files?
They're licensed for you and your own band or project. Please don't resell or redistribute them.
Is the tax tracker tax advice?
No. It's an organizer. Ask a tax professional about your own situation.
